Janet Lim is the Managing Director of YYC Management Sdn. Bhd. and YYC Outsourcing Services Sdn. Bhd. Since joining YYC in 2018 as the Associate Director of Transformation, Janet has excelled in various key leadership roles, including Head of Tax, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief People Officer.
With extensive experience gained from leading multinational corporations and her expertise as a Six Sigma Black Belt, Janet has been instrumental in driving numerous transformative initiatives within the company.
